Every candidate we work with must first satisfy the stringent requirements of our Proprietary 5 Step Screening Process. CambridgePartners personally interviews all applicants and conducts a review of references and credentials.

When appropriate we use standardized tests, specific to the type of candidate, to evaluate everything from knowledge to technical skills. Then we administer a series of proprietary tests to determine industry and job knowledge. We even use psychological "work attitudes" testing to evaluate work ethic and reliability.
